What does healing the pain body entail? The simple answer is to change thought and belief patterns about yourself. People that are closest to you can say things that we take to heart and it can really hurt. The more you dwell on the hurt the more deep-seated the pain becomes.
That is why, when you decide to change something that shows up as a pattern, and the change does not happen quick enough, it can be easy to give up saying to yourself, well that didn’t work! Patterns are made from long term experiences.
